The Whitmoor Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1987 under the name "Whitmoor Country Club Property Unit Owners Master Association, Inc."   It is now commonly referred to as the Whitmoor Homeowners Association

The residental tracts, now commonly referred to as Whitmoor, were divided into plats and developed in stages.  Some plats were developed into attached villas or single family cluster home all with certain common amenities.  Those plats have subsets of Declarations and Bylaws, but they are still ultimately governed by the Master Association. Those unique communities within Whitmoor are The Pines, The Forest, The Forest II and The Villas.

The Whitmoor Homeowners Association is governed by a seven member Board of Directors elected by the homeowners at their annual meeting the third Tuesday of January. They serve two-year staggered terms. Officers and Chairpersons of the committees are elected within the Board at their first meeting after the Homeowners' annual meeting.

Whitmoor Homeowners Association is different from Whitmoor Country Club The Country Club facilities, with its clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, workout center and two 18 hole golf courses is available to all persons (residents and non residents) with a golf or social membership. It is a separate business entity from the Whitmoor Homeowners Association. 


The current yearly assessment for all homeowners of the Whitmoor Homeowners Association is $440.00 for operating expenses plus $360.00 annual assessment to the capital reserve funds for streets, curbs, and storm sewer capital improvements for a total assessment of $800.00
